HR & Operations Manager

Overview:

JUICE is looking for an experienced, detail-oriented, and proactive HR & Operations Manager to join our growing team. Reporting to the VP, Operations & Finance, the ideal candidate will work directly with the Executive Team and Founding Partners to execute on operational initiatives, continually develop a strong company culture and provide thought-leadership on human resource and operational procedures and processes.

JUICE is an industry leader in results-driven growth strategy development, social advertising, search engine marketing, organic search ranking, and lead generation. JUICE focuses on building scalable, efficient campaigns that drive results.

What you'll do: 

  • Coordinate company payroll and benefits administration
  • Liaise with company's PEO provider
  • Continually monitor and implement best practices for a project management platform (ClickUp)
  • Own the company's internal wiki (Tettra), updating best practices and articles for team use and recommending new topics for inclusion
  • Facilitate onboarding and offboarding for employees and contractors
  • Support account receivable and payable functions, working closely with third-party accounting firm
  • Coordinate and track client & vendor contracts and legal needs
  • Collaborate with the executive team to maintain and grow company culture/ standards
  • Other ad hoc tasks and assignments, as needed

What you’d need to succeed:

  • Phone, Zoom, and online meeting platform skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • A high level of attention to detail.
  • Passion for growing a business.
  • Professionalism, organization, and project management skills


Preferred skills:

  • Proven ability to effectively communicate cross-functionally with other teams.
  • Experience with Zoom, Slack, TeamTailor, and other recruiting platforms.
