Overview: 

JUICE is looking for an experienced, detail-oriented and proactive Business Development Representative to join the growing team in our New York City Office. As a Business Development Representative at JUICE, you will spearhead qualifying inbound leads, curating outbound emails for potential business, ensure our Business Development team is organized and tracking to goals, and additional responsibilities.

Position:

The Business Development Representative will be responsible for developing and managing Sales Qualified leads (SQL’s) and converting them into formal consultations. This position reports to the Director of Business Development and interfaces daily with the Business Development and marketing team, including the founders.


What you’ll do:

  • Identify and establish business relationships with strategic partners that refer to SQL's.
  • Sales qualifying, manage documentation of sales cycle progression with prospects.
  • Help the Business Development team to close deals in a variety of capacities.
  • Help create custom proposals for prospects based on services they’re interested in.
  • Help brainstorm content for JUICE to use in upcoming Press Releases.
  • Partner with the marketing team to create applicable case studies based on past client’s success to use for new business efforts.
  • Execute written and verbal articulation of unique value propositions and benefits for working with JUICE.
  • Lead on researching latest trends on digital in addition to customer research based on makeup of prospects.
  • Maintain key performance metrics with a strong emphasis on qualified lead generation and closed/won new accounts.
  • Position our services through strategic, value-based selling, business case definition, etc.
  • Update our CRM with accurate sales pipeline and prospective client data daily, with a goal of forecasting deals on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.

What you’d need to succeed:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Basic understanding and curiosity about online/digital marketing.
  • An inherent thirst to become a sales expert and leader.
  • Proven ability to be proactive.
  • Passion for closing deals and growing business.
  • Ability to listen and take detailed notes.

  • Proven ability to effectively communicate cross-functionally with other teams.
  • Proven ability to be proactive and solve problems.
  • Ability to quickly build rapport with contacts at all levels in an organization.
