PPC Search Specialist
Role Overview:
Join JUICE as a PPC Search Specialist to work with a variety of exciting brands and tech startups! You will be responsible for developing strategies, creating ads, and managing the performance of various paid search ad accounts. You will collaborate closely with a Client Success Manager to drive client performance and growth. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment are essential.

What you'll do:

Strategize and Execute:
Develop Comprehensive Campaign Strategies: Craft and execute tailored full funnel strategies within paid search channels for each client, focusing on their specific goals and KPIs to drive optimal results.
Manage and Optimize Campaigns: Oversee the setup, daily management, and continuous optimization of Google, Bing, and other PPC campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve client objectives.
Create High-Performing Ads: Develop compelling ad copy continuously A/B testing and refining to enhance performance and engagement across different platforms. Create ads that utilize all available extensions and features within platforms that are most relevant to each client.
Conduct In-Depth Keyword Research: Perform thorough keyword and competitor research to inform campaign strategies and ensure high relevance and effectiveness.
Utilize Advanced Targeting Techniques: Implement advanced targeting methods, including audience segmentation and retargeting, to reach the most valuable audiences and drive conversions.

Performance Analysis and Reporting:
Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement down to the keyword and feed levels.. Implement data-driven strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Generate Detailed Performance Reports: Prepare comprehensive performance reports, highlighting key metrics, insights, and actionable recommendations for clients and internal stakeholders.
Manage Advertising Budgets: Ensure daily pacing to efficiently manage and allocate advertising budgets to maximize campaign performance and ensure cost-effectiveness.

Collaboration and Communication:
Collaborate with Client Success Managers: Work closely with Client Success Managers to design and implement cross channel full funnel strategies, considering the full customer journey and focusing on lifetime value (LTV) and customer acquisition cost (CAC).
Align Strategies with Client Goals: Ensure paid search strategies are aligned with clients' overall business objectives and marketing plans, coordinating with cross-functional teams for cohesive execution.
Communicate Effectively with Stakeholders: Clearly communicate campaign strategies, performance, and recommendations to clients and internal teams, fostering strong relationships and trust.

Innovation and Continuous Improvement:
Stay Ahead of Industry Trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, updates, and best practices in paid search advertising. Proactively integrate the latest industry techniques and technologies into effective campaign strategies.
Drive Creative Innovation: Work with creative teams to develop innovative ad formats and concepts that resonate with target audiences in different levels of the funnel to drive engagement and conversions
Engage in Professional Development: Continuously seek learning and development opportunities to maintain expertise in paid search marketing and related fields.

Leadership and Mentorship:
Foster Team Collaboration: Promote a collaborative environment within the team, sharing insights and best practices to elevate the quality of work.
Mentor Junior Team Members: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, supporting their growth and development in paid search marketing.
What you’ll need to succeed:
2+ years of experience in SEM, specifically in the consumer space, with a proven track record of successful strategy and implementation.
2+ years of agency experience preferred.
Strong understanding of advertising and marketing principles including cross channel full-funnel strategies, for online audiences.
Comprehensive understanding of keyword research, campaign management, and optimization.
Proficient with SEM reporting and third party analytics tools.
Certification in Google AdWords (or ability to obtain certification).
Experience managing data feeds and shopping campaigns.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to build relationships with clients and communicate effectively.
Expertise in creating, testing, and optimizing high-converting ad copy.
Proven ability to be proactive and think critically.
