Account Executive
Position Overview:
The ideal Account Executive possesses excellent communication and negotiation skills, is driven to proactively address the client's current and future needs, and can facilitate the sale process from the presentation of features and benefits to overcoming objections, and finally to securing a signed contract. You need to be able to contribute to an increase in top-line revenues and conduct business relationships at the highest standards set by JUICE.
The Account Executive must understand, appreciate, and be passionate about digital marketing strategy & execution and all it encompasses relative to the success of our clients' businesses. And, it is imperative that you align with the culture and core values of JUICE. You must be entrepreneurial in ability & spirit, disciplined in follow-through & documentation, and accountable to KPIs & process execution. As our account executive, you will have a provable track record of high success in strategic and consultative selling. You report directly to the Director of Sales.

Primary Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Spend a significant amount of time conducting web presentations, documenting results, and planning & executing follow-ups.
- Execute our defined sales process and methodology for each and every prospective client.
- Nurture your leads through the sales funnel and client lifecycle progression utilizing our CRM and other sales enablement tools.
- Stay up-to-date as a subject matter expert in our industry and be knowledgeable about our competition.
- Monitor, analyze, and report KPIs on a daily basis to continually improve sales performance.
- Represent the company at various external functions such as networking events, trade shows, business meetings, local gatherings, etc.
- Working knowledge of the sales cycle and buyer's journey specific to our target ideal clients.
- Embrace sales coaching, structure, self-improvement, and the importance of accountability to KPIs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, critical thinking, and time-management skills.
- Hungry for success, tenacious in goal achievement, resilient to rejection, and positive in the face of overcoming challenges.
- Practical application of CRM software and MS Office/Google Suite.
